These are jam packed with essential oils and menthol crystals
Just place a shower steamer at the bottom of your shower out of the direct spray, so between the steam and the little bit of water, soothing scented vapors are released.

It is very important that you take note of what ages (children) individual essential oils are recommended for. To be safe I will say as a guide that essential oils should not be used if pregnant or on children under the age of 12.
